Good and strategic location with parking on-site. Extremely comfy bed, good bathroom and climate control, flat-screen television and a fridge in the room. Priceless views all around.

The hotel was popular and fairly clean, recently renovated rooms. I booked a room with an extremely comfy bed, climate control, flat-screen television and a fridge. The venue was situated in the central location close to everything.

The room was newly decorated and large, and we were provided with iron and such a non functional condition, as example. Best possible and strategic location, right by Chue Chang Temple.

We had a great Thanksgiving stay at this hotel. The free breakfast and Wi-Fi were a nice touch. The location was perfect for exploring the local area - lots of markets and restaurants within easy walking distance. The gym was also a plus, as we could squeeze in a workout before indulging in all the delicious food.

The room was quite old and in need of some updating. The lighting was poor, and there was some musty smell.

Enjoyed our great-sized and recently renovated room on level 32. The staff were amiable and the breakfast was sumptuous and satisfactory at level ten food. Location: the hotel was not far from shopping malls, street foods, stalls or even easily accessible purchases, and a night market.

Spent my Xmas holidays in a hotel that impressed me. Fantastic breakfast with amazing choices of dishes and fresh fruits. The hotel is located right in the heart of the city, allowing me to walk to popular sights, shopping centers, and local markets. The staff were friendly and willing to help with anything.

The bed was not very comfortable and I strongly suggest they change the pillows because they were old and had an odor. The room was somewhat noisy due to the street traffic, but it was tolerable.

My recent stay at Lee Gardens Plaza Hotel was a great experience. The hotel's location is perfect, right in the heart of all the action in Hat Yai. There are plenty of eateries nearby, making it very convenient. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with the air-conditioning working perfectly fine. I had a good stay at Lee Gardens Plaza Hotel.

Despite the positive aspects, there were a couple of drawbacks. One day, the hotel was short of manpower and my room wasn't made up.
